    用 AI 辅助编程半年多，最大的心得是：别让它一口气写完，拆步骤投喂。

    我的流程是先让它列实现计划 → 我确认边界条件和错误处理 → 再分段生成 → 每段我过一眼。这样返工率肉眼可见地降下来了。

    你们有什么提高 AI 产出质量的习惯？

    RAG 切片我最近调过，按语义段落切 + 保留 200 字重叠，召回质量比固定 512 字符好不少。

    实测过来人：Q4 量化版在 16G 卡上跑没问题，长上下文超过 8k 会明显掉速，建议开头就把上限控制好。
